Princess

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Princess.

–

Princess was adopted from Dominican. Her breed was Coconut. Princess was the yard dog for many years, following her master (Darrin) around, greeting customers and laying in the middle of the yard so you all would have to drive around her. Guess that made her the boss.

Princess, a slender black dog, standing on the gravel of the marina yard with her tail up, beside the Gold River Marina hauling truck and a boat up on the trailer behind it. Princess in silhouette on the bow of a boat at sunset, looking back over her shoulder across still water towards the low sun. Princess wading through a shallow, grassy stream in her red collar, her coat soaked through and her muzzle gone grey. Princess standing on the bow of a boat on a calm, misty morning, glancing back as fog sits low over the islands behind her.
